This is the official site of Al Bear. This page covers the site and the lists you can join from it.

What is collected

Notes from the Bear: your email address, when you sign up.

Merch waitlist: your email address, and your name if you add it. Your mobile number is kept only if you tick the box asking for texts.

Text family: your mobile number, when you text BEAR to the number on this site or tick the text box on the merch waitlist.

With each signup the site keeps the time and the page you signed up from, as a record of your request.

Booking: the form opens a draft in your own email app. The site does not keep a copy.

What it is used for

Only to send what you asked for: letters by email, word on merch, and texts about live shows, new music and news from Al Bear.

Sharing

Your information is never sold or rented. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

The companies that host this site and deliver the emails and texts handle the information only to provide that service.

Tracking

This site runs no advertising trackers and no analytics. Fonts load from Google. A video loads from YouTube only when you press play.

Leaving a list

Texts: reply STOP at any time. Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any letter.

To see what is held about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. Signups are kept until you leave the list or ask for them to be removed.

Kids

The lists are not meant for children under 13. If a child has signed up, write in and the entry will be deleted.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions go to [email protected].
